| Background Born and raised in Texas, I have always been the artist. I love everything from painting, drawing, photography, graphic design, and color theory. You can check out some of my art in the lower right hand side of the screen. I have an artistic touch in everything that I do. Each new face or body is a fresh canvas to create and design on. Armed with my pallet of colors and my many brushes, I work to create the special effects, beauty, or character makeup the job requires. |
| Education I am a graduate of Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts, located in Burbank, California, where I received instruction in Makeup for Motion Pictures and Television. I have been trained by the best of the best. Not only do I have the knowledge for current makeup and special effects methods, I use a positive approach for solving makeup problems. |
| Applications and Experience Just to name a few, I can create: Period, Avant Garde, Makeup for HD, High Fashion, runway, bald caps, life casting, scars, various wounds, bruises and hair laying. In addition to my experience with clients in still photographic, SD and HD video for corporate, political, educational, and commercial production, I have also worked on full length feature films. I am very organized, professional with all talent and crew, obsessed with creating clean looks and perfect makeup application, and a wonderful asset to have on your crew. |
| About Me I love art what can I say?! There is nothing that I can't create. Given my artistic background, makeup/makeup effects came natural to me. I have always been the one in my family who made my siblings sit for me while I applied makeup to them. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband Brad, family and friends. I absolutely love being out on the water. I love being on different locations and sets. |
